The Great Western Jazz Company usually has bookings stretching several months ahead – with wedding receptions often booked a year or more in advance ! So if you are interested in booking the band for your function, do please check on availability as soon as is practicable.
If the date that you require is available, we will need to know the venue location and the approximate playing times involved, in order to quote you our fee. Normally the band would play for, say, 3 three-quarter hour sessions over a three hour
engagement
( e.g. 8 – 8.45pm, 9 – 9.45pm and 10.15 – 11.00pm) but this can of course be varied to suit your precise requirements. Series bookings ( hotels, clubs etc.) would qualify for a series rate discount.
