Please note that The Great Western Jazz Company usually has bookings stretching several months ahead - with wedding receptions often booked a year or more in advance!  If you are interested in booking the band for your function please check on availability as soon as is practicable.

If the date you require is available, we will need to know the venue location and the approximate playing times involved, in order to advise you of our fee. Normally the band would play for say, three 3/4 hour sessions over a three hour engagement ( e.g. 8 - 8.45 pm, 9 - 9.45pm and 10.15 - 11.00pm ) but this can of course be varied to suit your precise requirements.

Series bookings ( hotels, pubs, clubs etc.)  would qualify for a series discount.
